Our model is leading: The basis of our acting

Today there is a number of different care theories and models, which have in each case a specific adjustment. In our house the model of the promoting process care is used after Monika Krohwinkel

Primarily the model by Krohwinkel a personal, ability promote-oriented system and so less oriented at deficits. A highest goal is that People can develop their needs and knowing go around with the abilities.

If humans cannot take over this any longer, the care care service takes responsibility and on behalf what the assistance-needy would do, if he would have the knowledge, the will and the power.

In the underlying concept Monika Krohwinkel designates 13 ranges, which are interrelated among themselves, but are no subject to hierarchy. Considering humans holistic, there must be also their effect on the other ranges regarded. And this apart from the individual view of each activity.
